Angela's Growlery
"Said Mr Jarndyce. 'This, you must know, is the Growlery. When I am out of humor, I come and growl here. These are things I never talk about or even think about, excepting in the Growlery here.' "

- Charles Dickens: Bleak House -

I stumbled across this dialogue last night during the few unoccupied moments that I had at my disposal, and at first, it seemed to me like a brilliant concept. I was determined to designate a Growlery at my house just as soon as I arrived home from work this morning...

But then it occured to me that I already have a Growlery (i.e. a place where I discuss all my thoughts/feelings and contemplate those thing which it would be unseemly to contemplate elsewhere). It's not a physical room, but then, in the nineteenth century, Dickens wouldn't have had the option of a website or a blog.

So, henceforth, this journal shall be dubbed Angela's Growlery! Welcome friends! Feel free to take a seat and growl with me awhile.
